The 55th Kansai Nika Exhibition has successfully come to a close.

I was very happy that so many people came to see the works. Knowing that people will come to view them inspires me to work even harder on my paintings.

Next month, the Spring Nika Exhibition will be held in Ueno, Tokyo (Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum). I will do my best.

この世には、目に見えないのに存在しているものがある。それらをそっと描き出している。

例えば感情、「美しい心」は誰かを幸せにする。天使。絵の中のマントのひとは、人の目を惑わせてしまう美貌を白いマントで隠している。
歩く花、彼らは人間の行動を足元で見ている。

There are things in this world that exist even though they cannot be seen.I gently bring them into view.

For example, emotions—a "beautiful heart" can make someone happy.

Angels.The cloaked figure in the painting hides a beauty so captivating it could mislead the eyes of others, concealing it beneath a white mantle.

Walking flowers—they watch human behavior from down at our feet.
